Wow...just wow.
Hoof's, bleating, not eating dog food, weird bowel movements (in comparison to a dog) how do you not know?

I'm down to 28.
Everyone has a cough at our house right now. I'm not sure if it's a cold or just allergies.
We re coming to the end of a lot of our current activities and our school year. PE ended Tuesday for the spring. We have 3 weeks left of AWANA. We have about 4 weeks left of dance and a recital. Soccer was to end on the 5th, but we had a game rained out. Now our season is extended to the 12th, but we have a family reunion that day and won't be here. Our coaches are considering a tournament the same day as V's recital the 19th. We'll see how it all goes down. This spring has been fun, but wild.
May 4th and 5th are busy for us. We have the homeschool convention in OKC (we are just going to the vender's to pick up and finalize our curriculum selection Friday AM). Jonathan also wants to got o the Pawnee Steam and Gas Engine Show and our soccer game is at 10:30 Saturday.
We are going to have to start gating. The babies have each climbed a step now. They each have 2 teeth, but I believe they are working on more.
Jackson is in the terrible three's (terrible two's are a lie). Issues at 2 are a lack of communication and 3's are open defiance. He might live if he's lucky. Ha! Ha!
Jonathan has been made the program engineer are a new Cessna project and he's busy, but things are going well.
I start school at the end of May and I am taking 3 hours this summer (Macro Econ) and 6 this fall (Micro Econ and Music Appreciation).

WIsdom in the woods
Two men were chopping wood in a forest. After some time went by, the first man noticed that the other had accumulated a much larger pile of wood than he had, even though the second man had taken several breaks. Annoyed, the first man resolved to chop harder and faster, determined to catch up with his rival. However, as time passed, the difference between the heights of the two woodpiles became even greater. The first man chopped relentlessly, while the second stopped for a few minutes every hour before returning to work.
Finally, at the end of the afternoon, the first man looked with disgust at the substantially smaller pile of wood that he had chopped. Exasperated, he said to the second man, “This is impossible. I’ve been working much harder than you all day. You’ve taken lots of breaks. What were you doing during those breaks?” The second man replied, “Sharpening my axe.”

Twins (I read it I didn't write it)
There's two to wash
There's two to dry,
There's two to argue
There's two to cry.
One's in the mud
Having a ball.
The other holds a crayon
Another marked wall.
Some days seems endless
My patients grows thin.
Why was I chosen
To be a mother of twins.
The answer comes clear
At the end of each day,
As I tuck them in bed
And to myself say.
There's two to kiss
There's two to hug,
And best of all
There's two to love.
(Poem From Twins Poetry Website and found in a TMOM's newsletter)
Mine aren't old enough to cause too much trouble, but reading this poem reminds me of Jackson. He causes more trouble then any set of multiples could ever imagine. I'm afraid of what he will teach the other 2 boys. ;-D

The Cuttlefish
This is the most impressive animal I have ever seen. The transitions it makes are indescribable and out right freaky. This animal doesn't seem real let alone from this planet. Click "Watch a Preview" for a brief taste.* I'm seriously disappointed I missed this episode.

E-Mail Overload (UPDATED)
Do you ever open your e-mail box and find it is too full to possibly sort through or read?
Last week I went through my inbox. I hadn't been opening my forwards and I had been bad about deleting things I knew I wouldn't or didn't need to open. I had 195 unread e-mails. I had almost 400 in my inbox. I decided I needed to clean it out. Did I read most of the forwards i received? Sadly, no. I read a few that the titles caught my eye and everything my husband sent, that was it. I know have 74 e-mails and all have been read. There are a few that are funny and I would like to share, so as I continue to clean out my inbox (I'm pushing for 20 or less) I will post several funny or thought provoking e-mails.
UPDATE
I'm down to 50.

New links
My ISP won't support my old, old WINDOWS ME (on this old, old back up computer), so I can't get to my favorites. I have added 2 new links to my page so I can access them without typing. Wow, I'm lazy.

Dissatisfaction
I love(d) to blog. Lately I just don't care. I used to check my "blogs" multiple times a day, I used to blog several times a day. Checking now occurs every couple of day and I only lurk, as you can tell my writing is much less frequent also. My time thinking up things to say is filled with dissatisfaction. Basically I'm just not going to do this much, until I feel I have something to say.
My processing of information and formulation of anything witty or of note is nonexistent lately. My current distaste for my own ramblings has slowed my computer time and I have been accomplishing more with my family particularly with V's school and our plans for next year. I guess that a good thing.
I will still be around, but until I feel I have something funny, thought provoking or important to say I think my time here at GFaW will mainly be updates of my family.
As an aside, I weened the twins Friday. I am in a little bit of pain still, but I should be good by Thursday or Friday. I am also enrolled in 3 hours for the summer and 6 hours for the fall online through Oklahoma City Community College. Taking my courses by distance education through them cost me 1/2 of the state university here in town. I can get 9 classes I need much cheaper.

Dyson Slim Vacuum
Yes, I know I've been MIA. The computers not working right has been a wonder for breaking my addiction. As it stand the main PC is shot. Currently I am living with our 6 year old back up and I don't want to buy a new one or even load programs I want/need onto the back up.
I have found a reason to blog though and I thought I'd spread the news which I heard over at Babysteps. 5 Minutes for Mom is giving away a Dyson Slim Vacuum. You can enter on their page. I doubt I will win, but if I did it would save me from having to ask for a new vacuum for my birthday or Mother's Day, and boy how I could use one. The boys are crawling and my vacuum picks up so little I am employing the Shop Vac about half the time to keep junk out of their mouths.
