Life moves by pretty fast...

I apologize for the lack of posts lately.  I am physically and emotionally tired.  I have a lovely head cold and a few people have passed way and a couple more are really ill.

As we move into the holiday’s life will not slow down.  I still need to post a picture of Jackson’s new haircut.  There were lots of tears a week and a half ago.  Victoria was my first victim and her hair turned out way cute, tears were still involved.  Jackson’s was more screaming and thrashing then crying, I used the clippers as a new tool.  I was going to cut the top longer to spike, but it took everything Jonathan and I had to hold him still and I just used a ¼” guard all over.  He looks cute, but a lot older.

Today I begin the task of baking.  I am headed to the kitchen for some good 80’s music and some bread making.  I am in charge of bread for Thursday.  I love to bake, and even though it’s time consuming, most of the time consuming part is me being patient enough to let the stuff rise.  Today’s lesson’s for Victoria will be involved in the math realm with measuring, and I found some good kids sites with history on Thanksgiving and activities.  Homeschooling a 5 year old is great, because they play to learn and you can improvise sometimes, which is very nice.

I hope you all are well and that you have a blessed Thanksgiving!

Sara,

My thoughts and prayers go with you and your family at this time. Our family has had our own losses the last year or two. In addition, my generation is becoming the older one. We have our brother-in-law with some health problems, but improving some, and my sister with heart problems and facing heart surgery to replace a valve in the heart within about a month.

May God's blessings be on all of you through this season and throughout your lives.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Terry
