Sara Overstreet is Dead, but I'm not.

For those who knew me by my maiden name (Sara Overstreet) I am not dead.

I got out of bed to answer a call from my sister, her first words were, “You’re dead.” How many times have I heard her say that? My response was, “What did I do?” She proceeded to tell me that I died in a trailer fire in Wagoner.

My mother-in-law called to tell me later, and when I called my husband he said he heard on his way to work and was taken aback momentarily.

This is a notice to anyone who knows me as Sara Overstreet from Norman, Oklahoma, please tell anyone you know, who knows me that I am not dead.

That is all.

Wow! That's frightening to hear. I'm glad it wasn't you. I feel forever who is experiencing the loss.

The weird thing is my dad has had the same thing happen. When he lived in Norman their was an OU football player named David Overstreet who was killed (I think in a car wreck). Totally weird and scary for people who don't know the difference.
